OK the other day I changed the oil (5w50 mobile1) and put in new plugs(ngk bpr7es) and wires (accel thunger 300). On the drive home from the garage everthing seemed to be good. but all of a sudden it started stuttering, kinda like someone was tapping on the brakes really fast. The check engine light came on and I babied it home. I started looking a round didn't see anything obious so I cleared the ses light (don't have a scan tool or logger to know what tripped the light) and went for a driver. I noticed that over 7 psi it does it's sputtering thing. I figured it was a boost leak.

So I made a leak tester, and started checking the system. Once I started to pump air into the turbo I heard a bubbling sound, like oil boiling, deep type bubble.

Is this normal? If not than what the hell is wrong with my car? If it is normal, than what the hell is wrong with my car?

Any help would be great. Thanks guys.

I m having the same problem. When I was checking for boost leaks I also heard the faint bubbling. I know my plugs are fouled but I am still curious what that noise is. Thanks
