my t25 likes to spike to 17 when i step on it and then suddenly drop to 11-12 psi. i can hear the rpms drop and feel a power loss. i stuck a hose to my ear and checked all vac lines, but couldnt hear anything. i think its time to go to home depot for a leak tester. just wanted to run it by everyone, maybe you think its something more serious? i noticed it a lil after my exhaust install. im open to any ideas.

Of course you feel a power loss. The T25 does that becasue it's a big POS. The more mods you put on the crappier the T-25 is.

In english :rolleyes: = the T25 cannot produce enough pressure to overcome your engine turnign so many RPM's to keep the boost that high. I have never seen a t25 hold more than ~13psi past about 6k. Most will drop off to about 12 at around 4.5k then even 10-11 after that. As da man said...t25's blow
 
first off t-25's arent peices of shit u can run 25psi off them and get into low 12's and they will be dependable

it could be ur cat if u got one mine was clogged ripped it off and now its steady

could possibly be a leak u over looked

got a shitty boost controller?

is ur BOV crushed cause if not it miught be opening early

should be like the only thigns that would really do it

Wrong. They are inefficiant over 15-18psi.

Creep is caused by too much exhaust flow, not blocked exhaust. Not sure about spike here.

ok i played the my mbc a little. heres what happens. i step on it and the it goes right to 15 psi. then backs down suddenly to about 11 psi. the rmps held still at 4 grand for like 2 seconds. after it cleared 4k rpms the boost starts to go up and im at 15 psi by 4.5- 5,000 rpms and it holds solid almost til redline. i dont get it at all? for everyones info i have an hks hi power exhaust, home made mbc, hks bov (vented) dejon upper ic, and injen intake. thats it for for performance as far as things that would effect it.
