Calgary,
I was driving my car to work this morning and while accelerating through an intersection the car all of a sudden I lost all power and the car started stuttering. I pulled off to the side of the road and looked under the hood to check belts, etc. Nothing. I started the car and it would idle okay then die. I started driving home and noticed smoke coming out of the tailpipe. The car ran smooth like normal in vacuum but as soon as the car would come close to 0 psi (on profec e-01 display) @ 20 mph the car would stutter and never go into boost while the factory boost gauge says I am at full boost. Even at idle the factory boost gauge was showing boost. My car also sounded like I had a jet engine under the hood as the turbo was letting out a jetlike whine.

I will pull the intake off tonight to confirm but I am 95% sure the turbo is gone as the car runs smooth at 2000 rpm. I'm just not sure why the factory boost gauge thinks the car is in positive boost when its not? Anyone who has lost a turbo please let me know. RIP my little T25:barf:

Wait, white/gray smoke? Or Black smoke? If it's black, you might have blown a line.
