Help me with this troubleshooting(kind of long)

Ive been geting the CEL ligth recently.I know what most would say at this point and that is to go and extract the the code!
But please hear me out first ok.:)
The car was due for a tune up so Isaid to my self lets tune it up see what hapens since everithing was running ok.
So I began by changing the oil and filter(10w-40)
4 new spark plugs(ngkbpr5es)
Sparkplug wires
Cleaned my KN air filter
Later I reset the PCM.
All went well CEL turned off and life was good:D (For a while)
The next day when I got off from work on my way home some Honda yerk started to well make my life miserable on the the highway so I decided to teach him a lesson in maners I floored it and left him in my rear view mirror:thumb: life was even better:thumb:
But later when Icame to a stop The CEL ligth came on again!!:cry:

Upon further diagnosis the same day I took of my spark plugs to inspect them 1,2 and 4 They were burning ok but #3 was not!!
It looked wet but I canot tell if it was OIL or UNBURNED gasoline!
The car idles ok and does not smokes when is in idle.
Altough it does smokes a bit when in boost(hard aceleration)
Now you know the car was recently tuned up.But what could be causing this in the spark plug #3???:confused:
Also you guys should know that after 5000RPM(on boost) my car kind of hesitates Iwould say this could be beacuse of the #3 cylinder its not working correctly.

So there you have it.
PLEASE,PLEASE give some GOOD advice on what to check for or some other test that I could run.

take the wire off of the #3 spark plug and stikc like a screwdriver in it and crank the car over, dont start it but crank it over just to see if you are getting spark. Might need two people to do this.
 
I tried that and there is spark on the cable.It arcs I can see the blue spark.
But how would I be able to check that the amount of spark is powerful enough for a good ignition??
Or it could be a RANDOM MISFIRE.

get the ngkbpr6es and the 7es if you are running more thank like 15#. Check coil pack, and see if it is good and check all of the stuff that deals with the ignition.
