ok so when i press the clutch all the way to the floor I still have to work and push very, VERY hard to get the shifter to go into 1st. it's pretty difficult to go into reverse and sometimes 2nd... and it grinds slightly in 3rd.... wil the symborski kit fix this or is it something bigger?

thanks

Welcome to AWD DSM transmissions. Mine started that way, then started popping out, then 1st gear went. Thats when I took her in to a shop. Try the kit, clutch adjutment, and the cable end bushing kit first (all can be had for 70 bucks or so), then take it to a trans shop. Marco ripped you off :p j/k

here's my COA:

Adjust clutch
STIFF shifter Plate Bushings
Ultra Underhood Bushings kit
Stainless Clutch line

should this solve my problem?

Honestly there's only one way to find out. That is certainly the best place to start. The clutch adjustment is probably the easiest place to start. I let mine go too far out of adjustment and I blew the welds on my pedal - not fun to fix....

Its on the main page under 'specials', sparky.

The "underhood kit" is a pair of bushings. I assume the 8 others you get are for the shifter plate.

ok so i checked it out today and apparently my slave cylinder or whatever under the dash right above the gas pedal is leaking...... how much is this gonna cost?
