cranks but wont turn over

Hey
I have a 90 talon turbo fwd
It cranks but wont start has good spark and fuel.
new battery,plugs,wires,ignition box, but no change
is it the cam sensor ,ecu, how do i tell the difference.It cranks but does not sputter or anything
any help would be great

if your getting fuel and spark check your ecu, or swap in another same thing happened to me i changed the ecu and it works fine now

Try manually holding the throttle wide open from the engine bay while someone turns it over.

Why not just push the gas pedal and try and start it?

I dont really know. When I bought my car it didnt run. For some reason it would only fire if someone manually held the throttle wide open from the engine bay. It wouldnt do it if I held the gas pedal down.

It turned out that the guy who owned the car before me for some reason had put washers in between the intake manifold and the head so there was a huge vac leak.

I just said that cuz thats what worked for me.
