wierd noise at shut-off

hey guys, just a quick question for you....


when ever i shut my car off, the engine stumbles and shakes a little and i here a rapid clicking nosie which is followed by what sounds like a whistle/squeak noise from the throttle body and intake mani. area.

is this normal or am i just paranoid?

hey, that happens to my car too when my turbo timer shuts it off...

You can probably duplicate the squeak when the car is running:

Pop the hood. Start the car. Roll down the driver's window. Move the steering wheel just a little to make the RPMs jump slightly from the extra drag of the p/s pump. It should produce the noise. I believe it's the IAC valve or ISC and is probably normal.
