Ok, I'm at the end of my stick here.
My car is getting knock no matter what I do. As soon as I get on it, it will shoot up to 30-43 counts.
93 Tsi AWD.

New Knock sensor
Ok, normal driving around I usually will get 1 count of knock every 30seconds or so. It will stay like this until ~7psi of boost. Then the knock starts to just shoot up. It doesn't matter if I'm running 15psi, 17, 21, ect. O2s are usually around .92, EGTs are ~1450f. I've ran the thing pig rich to quite lean without much change in knock.
Base timing is set @5btdc. By the end of the gear my timing will be pulled down somewhere between 2-8 degrees, depending on which gear.
I'm about ready to drive this thing off a cliff.
Any helpfull insight please
