turbo bolt backing out

hey guys im having a problem with one of the bolts that holds the turbo to the exhaust mani. every so often it likes to back itsself out. is there any reason for this or fix for it. thanks.

I have the same problem. The only thing that helps me is to change the lock washer. I also tighten it down a lot after that. Every so often I just check to see if it has popped up again.
