This all started after I put my GReddy Type S BOV in.
The car will run fine when just driving with little acceleration. However, when I give it full throttle, it will run very rich(based off my A/F Gauge, alot richer than normal). The exhaust pipe is getting very black(faster than normal).

The second part is that when I first accelerate(hard), my car will hit about 18 psiOMG . It doesn't hold at 18. It drops back to ~15 psi (which is what it was running prior). This kinda worries me. Any thoughts?

Any help is appreciated. I'm resetting the ECU tonight. Unplugging it now and I'll plug it back in when I get up tomorrow. Maybe that'll help. Also, how should I adjust the BOV? Just curious if that may have something to do with this.

BOV is opening early, sounds like. Try tightening it. Almost to the point when you blow off, it gives a backspin to the turbo. You want to AVOID that. Adjust it right before that happens. Also, it's going to do that at low levels, so adjustment should be made at anything higher than about 5PSI.
Second, sounds like you have the normal overshoot. Do you have a boost controller, ported turbo? The ported turbo might take care of some of that. See what happens.

Ok I'll try tightening it up. How could you tell that it is giving backspin to the turbo?
No I don't have a boost controller or ported turbo. It was at 12psi until I put my intake on(I had my boost gauge in prior). The Dejon doesn't allow for hooking up the hose that comes from the BCS and goes to the intake. Think that could do it?

You need to tap a pressure sourse for the BCS. The BCS doesn't have to be plugged in, therefore you will run higher boost pressure. The vac lines NEED to be plugged in though. Weld a nipple on the pressure side of the turbo before the throttle plate or tap a nipple in to the pipe. Backspin on the turbo is a hard sounds to describe. If you tighten the BOV and hear a different noise, it's probably backspin. All I can say is it's rapidly slowing own the turbo. Like blowing real hard in to a fan.

I'm real bad at descriptions. Sorry.

Hmm. The instructions that came from Dejon said that that line didn't have to be plugged in(that one & the PCV and the charcoal hose). I don't mind the extra ~2 psi that I had before, but when it hits 18 is when i get worried. Even though its only for a brief moment.
I adjusted just a hair today(half turn) and it didn't seem to do anything. I'm going to go give it about 2 turns and see what happens.

I think I have an example of the sound. It's bad... Mine sounds like a rattle snake if you kinda think about it. Haha.
The PCV or the breather off of the valve cover? If it's the valve cover, think about getting a small filter to put on there, or go with a catchcan setup.
As for the BOV, you're trying to keep the valve from opening at your high boost setting. The Type-S tends to whistle at boost. My buddy's was doing the same thing.

Yeah I meant breather. I have a mini K&N on there now. Yeah it does whistle.

I tried at 3 turns towards hard. It didn't sound right at all(kinda made a wierd 'flutter' noise). So I've got it back to the way I had it and I'll try to mess with it tomorrow.

Ok, the flutter is what I was talking about. But it's going to do it at low boost. There's isn't enough pressure to open it at low boost. You're probably going to get a little flutter when adjusted properly.
