Wastegate Installation HELP!!!!!!

I'm installing my tial external wastegate tommorrow and I would really like some instrutions. I need to know where to put it to be able to remove the flapper in the turbo beacuse the actuator and the wategate are screwed up. Any links sugetions or help in general would help.

The standard turbo needs to be opened and the internal gate needs to be welded shut. Then you can run the external. Directions are pretty straight forward. Mount it where everyone else does if possible.
