??Car Shakes in 2nd Gear?? PLZ HELP

Hey guys, I need some help on this. just recently i got my car back from painting it (LONNNNNG Story) but now its acting up like dsms like to do In 2nd gear and occasionlly in 3rd (only at low speeds) my car shakes (sometimes worse than other times, depends on what kind of mood my car is in ) & this isnt coming from the tires, but rather it feels like sumwhere under the driver seat or gear shift. i know the x-fer case is in that area, but im not sure what would cause this, is it someting to do with the awd? the tranny? plz any help would be appreciated, i dont wanna take it to a tranny shop so they can shove it up my @$$ for the cash. thansk alot,

-Check the carrier bearings on the axel, if your steering shake but only during acceleration but not while coasting, then check the CV joints(front).

i dont feel the shake on the wheel at all, its like the floorboard that is shaking and vibrating, but again only at low speeds.
