Tranny problem...

ok.. when i press in the clutch it makes a werid noise.. like.. somthing is rubbing.. and when the car is moving.. it does the same thing.. but when the car is in neuteral, and running.. theres no noise.. its leaking some gear oil.. but i ahvent been able to see where tis coming from.. anyone have any ideas? its a 5 speed manual..

2 bolts on the tranny were ####ed up... so the tranny wasnt sitting flush against the motor... thus making a werid ass noise.. im timedating it today...
