rubbing on front left

hey guys
i was hoping someone could help me. my brakes were squealing so i thought i might need new pads, but my pads are still good. HOWEVER, when i put the pads back on and took it for a drive, my car started making a rubbing noise kind of like a clunk clunk clunk clunk... it didn't do it before i was messing with the pads. can someone help please! thanks.

did u tightne ur lug nuts properly, i din';t and thats the sound i got.
