When i start my car it idles as usual at about 1500rpms then settles at about 600-700rpms. When i drive off, and for any reason that the car does not need gas, it will die. battery and oil light come on. New oil, battery is fine, no leaks. Whats going on?

cleaned out the MAS connectors and did the pressure test. no leaks and no luck. car still dies when i slow down and press the clutch. checked all plugs and connectors. At startup the car idles fine at about 5-700rpms. VAC is about 15. but when i drive and coast it'll die. VAC reads 20 and Autometer A?F gauge is in the green. anything else i can check before i buy new 02 sensors and ECU? Please help..

reinstalled my test pipe, low and behold that car works after a good 10 min drive.. back to normal. this meant that i probably had a clogged catalytic converter. I am still having problems leaking.. when I go WOT the boost goes really loud but car doesnt move. Its like the BOV cant hold the pressure, the psi varies... its more to do with the WOT. any help on that guys?
