CEL and capped emissions? stupid questions :(

I capped off the 3 valves on the EFI, and one place on the air intake hose. but my CEL keeps coming on constantly, am I missing something here? how do i keep it from coming on. and am i supposed to cap all 3? and what about blocking off the egr valve? how do i do it and what?
 
I get the P400 cel pretty often since removing emissions and putting on the egr block off plate. I just use my pocketlogger to reset the light, some cars are just pickier than others, I would recommend getting a pocketlogger because the more you mod your car the more you'll get CELs.
