All this weekend it rained everyday. Car runs like shit when it rains for some reason. Im sure its my open element filter. Since I dont have the airbox installed. I just made a custom extended intake. I took out all the plastic junk and platic jug so you can see straight to the ground from that hole. I try not to go thru any big puddles. But a couple I went thru. They was big!. Im sure I drenched my airfilter. After the huge puddle bath my car had no power. I would floor it and it wouldnt do anything. Since it stoped raining today (monday) My filter was kind of moist. And when I opened my hood all this water fell onto my filter. Im like OH GREAT! I have the stock filter. Im thinking if I just pop that on there since its dry. Im sure its just the moisture in the intake and etc... what do you guys thing. PLZ PLZ HELP!! It still wont start. Its been at my work parking lot since yesterday!

Oh, god, that isn't good. I'd let everything dry out and if it still doesn't start, there's probably a good chance the engine has been hydrolocked. Water gets into the combustion chamber, and water can't be compressed. That's not good for the pistons/motor at all. Search around for hydrolock.

GSRMike hydro locked his GSR... he had to have the motor totaled and his insurance paid for a new 1 :O! But yeah, doesnt take much to hydrolock ur shit, teach u to run a cold air intake and not have a bypass valve.. theyr'e like 40 bucks @ most auto accesories shops and u can also make ur own im sure there's a writeup on 1 somewhere on the internet. Buy some throttle body cleaner and clean the TB.. if that doesnt help it could be time to get that 6bolt in.. ^^; gL ~ peace.~

You're not hydrolocked. You need to have the whole filter seriously underwater to get enough it to hydrolock- puddle splash and drippy hoods won't do it. Your other posts seem to indicate a blown cam belt.
