I just replace the idle air control valve on my 95 talon. During start up the car idles at 1.5k, and idles at 3k when the car warms up. The idle control screw is no the problem.
Before I bring the car to a shop, if anyone has had similar problems and knows the fix please let me know.
I've heard it can be one of two things,
1) The ecu needs to be reset
2) I changed the coolant, so there could be an air pocket thats messing with the thermostat
I've also been told that the comp cant be reset unless the check engine light is on which was but was turned off when I replaced the iac. I figured this would be the best place to get answers.
