No Spark?? Someone please help!!

Hey Guys,

I just took my motor apart within the past few weeks and everything finally came together. After starting it up, the engine rotated but I'm not getting any spark from my spark plugs. I checked every harness there was but nothing and my battery is still good. Is there anything else I can check for?

I forgot to mention that I had already replaced my Caps on the Ecu and it was working fine before. My ignition is also good too. Does anyone have any other ideas?
