Idle is off...?

Hey there everyone. I have a small problem i havent yet been able to fix. I have a weird idle to say the least. It does not surge like the other posts i have read. I can here my exaust sort of gasp for air or stumble a little. It is really hard to explain but it doesnt seem to really be affecting driveability too much. It will happen say like every 3 to 5 seconds but doesnt seem to have a pattern. I have ran fuel cleaner through my system a few times and at first it seemed to help a little so i thought it had something to do with that. I then checked the isc and tps sensors. they seem to be working. the biss screw does not change the "muffling" when tightened and loosened. ive blocked off the egr valve. i have changed the fuel filter, plug wires, plugs and checked the mas sensor. I am really stumped! I have noticed two weird things: my stock boost gauge will sometime flutter up and down (and yes i have an aftermarket one too). Also if it touch the top of my #1 cylinder's spark plug wire plug it makes a noticable tick unlike the other cylinders. I checked the compression of the cylinders and they seem to be ok too. Im not sure if either of these things have anything to do with my problem??? Im guessing a bad injector or bad coil pack maybe. If anyone can help i would GREATLY appreciate it!!! well, my boost guage would show 19 inches vac at idle, took it to the shop and they ####ed with the cam angle sensor, and it shows 14 inches at idle, and it flutters like you said, like the needle is just shimmying.

mabye check that
