need some info on the biss screw

hey
i have a 92 tsi. i just put on a different throttle body. the car now idles at 1500 rpm. the biss screw is in as far as it will go. i am leaving now to go do a boost leat test. i was just wondering why it would be turned in all the way. besides leaks is there something else i could do to look for the problem. the tb that i just put on came from a 92 galant vr4, and everything, but the tps seemd to be in check, so i adjusted the tps, but it didnt do anything. let me know if you can help

so i ran a leak test, and the only places that air is leaking is from the biss screw as well as from my manual boost controller. does anybody have any good ideas of the best way to fix that. i have another screw from another throttle body, can i just use that one with something to help it seal?

my car isnt boosting very well could that be a combination of the two leaks?
