Why Second Gear Grinds mostly when car is warm?

K i am pretty sure my second gear synchros is gone because once the car is fairly warmed up, when i switch to second at a normal speed it grinds. I dont understand why it would grind just when it is warm? could this have anything to do with my clutch or is it 100% my synchros? cause i would rather have to replace my stupid clutch then get a new or re-built tranny. Also, if i do have to get a re-built or new tranny, is there anything to stop reverse from grinding like a bit*h?

Synchros. Try switching to Pennzoil Synchromesh, it may fix it enough.

i allready put gm syncromesh in, or acdelco the company is called that makes it for GM, and it didnt do anything.
