i get blue smoke out my tailpipe when i shift after being in boost at all. i also get it when i i go into boost and left off the gas and then get back on it.

now i know i'm burning oil. i'm pretty sure its my turbo even though its only got 16,000 on it. i have oil in the compressor housing, intake and IC pipe but NO shaft play at all and the turbo still boost fine. any other ideas

heres my other problem. i did a compression test and found that my 1,2,&3 cylinders are at 150 psi and my 4th is @ 90. i dropped oil into it and it didn't make it go up at all so from what i understand this means that it prolly isn't a piston ring. and most likely a valve or two...this is an engine with only 16000 miles on it....am i right in thinking this?

not sure if the two are related any ideas or help

thanks

Well my car alsois burnig oil. smoke is coming out of the tailpipe and it feals as though I lost power. Do you think this is piston rings? What about valve seals? And what is the easiest way to change piston rings? pull head and oil pan? Sorry to kinda move in on you thread. IM me i guess.
