drivetrain help!! Broken seal or boot!!

i need help asap. this is on the passenger side right above the auto tranny. the boot by the tire is fine, but this one looks like it exploded grease everywhere. can i just replace this part or am i going to have to replace the whole axle? my car is also making creaking/crunching noises at low speeds or stops and sometimes when i shut the car off. its not the t-case and isnt the ball joints and im pretty sure its related to this problem. i dont even know what to do next. my auto tranny pan and oil pan are leaking also, but thats besides the pt. im about to give up cuz theres too many problems! somebody help plz.

just replace the whole axel it cost me 60 bucks if not if boot is still fine regrease it but i would just go out and buy a new axel that cost me 60 bucks up to you

there are a lot of bolts i know wont come loose in order to replace the axle. like the hub bolt, its rusted on. i dont have an airguyn either. if i replace the axle how hard would it be. i dont have money for any way to do it other than myslef.
