OK so i am driving and when i florr the gas and feel the turbo start to sppol, i run really rich and the car bogs down. I have to baby the gas just to build up the RPMS to drive fast. My car ran fine with my mod setup. Then i got pulled over and need to go back to stock. When i changed the intercooler to my stock side mount. THats when i felt the problem. I figured i could just d/c the batter and that would reset the ECU. I changed all my piping and BOV back to stock. This is my setup: stock intake, and BOV, stock sidemount. 16g ported and clipped, and a 3 inch exhaust. Could the 3 in exhaust be messing up the o2 readings? A friend suggested to put back the cat and the back pressure should fix everything. The battery thing never worked. After putting in the stock piping and putting the car to WOT, it ran rich and bogged again, but this time when i started it again it died. it will idle rough until i gas it up a little and then it will idle normal again at about 700rpms. No leaks and all hoses are connect and no problems. Hrd battery reset did not work.. what else can b wrong?
 
1. Backpressure is bad.
2. How do you know you are running rich?
3. Do you have any fuel mods? If not, I would venture a guess that you are running LEAN and knocking.

-I believe you have a vacumm leak. did you pressure test the post turbo pipe & hoses?

Yes backpressure is probably bad, i am running rich because my Air/Fuel meter goes max rich than i hit cutoff and the car bogs. if i was running lean, wouldn't the a/f meter read that?
 
Is it a "blinky" A/F gauge, or a useful one? Do you have a logger?
 
One LED on that thing ranges from .96 to like .86 or .88....not something I'd trust the engine to. See if you can borrow a friend's digital O2 gauge or logger and do a couple of runs.
