my front caliper is locked help

I've been rebuilding my car and the front brake on the drivers side is locked and I can't get it to break loose. It rolled fine when I parked there but now it drags the tire. What do i do? I tried to bleed the line a little but that didn't help at all. What causes this?

wha ti would do is take off the caliper...push it bck with a c-clamp and look if anything is wrong with the caliper.

It's off but the piston will not go in with a c-clamp.
