Mine broke the other day in the flex piece, and i was wondering when u guys change this, do u guys bother putting any silocone or gasket maker on the gaskets before u put the gaskets on and the pipe?? ( the line is the one from turbo to oil pan) Are these knowing to go alot??? And ####in expensive too!!
 
#### off !! Can you really do that?? Is there much pressure there?? I just went a bought a new one for like 118$ Im pissed i never thought of that??
 
$118 damb where did you get rapped. I got my return line and both gaskets for under $30 at the dealer.

Oh well at least i dont have to worry about a hose or clamp coming loose and i got it at my dodge dealer up the street this is Canadian as well!
 
One of my bolts broke for the connection to the turbo on the opilreturnpipe...Now I have it there with one bolt and hydraulic special sealing mass..works just great.Holds tight...no leakage.No pressure there really..just the oil flowing from the turbo to the pan so....

Easy to make a own as well..just cut two flanges to fit there...and a hose between..then you have a pipe as well......But be sure to use gaskets or sealant because it will creep out oil unles syou do...Trust me *smile*
 
I put the new one on, and got 2 new gaskets and a little gasket maker to hold them in place and to seal and it works fine!!Now if i can only get all the oil of the bottom of my car:cry:
