Okay. I did a search and figure it's either the clutch fork or synchro. My car is a 99 Eclipse GS-T with 48k miles. So I still have powertrain warranty.

Turned out to be a Hub and sleeeve, and a fork, not cheap stuff, probably need new synchros.
RUN to the dealer, it gets worse, bet you never changed you gear oil, should do it Every $20,000 miles.
