Replacing Ecu Caps... How much leakage is too much??? Do i need a new Ecu?

I havent been able to get my Talon started. After replacing the coil and alot of swearing, i decided to check out the Ecu caps. Sure enough one was leaking . I was wonding if i can still swap the caps and be ok? Or is that too bad of a leak? My cam sucks so i highlighted in blue where the leak is (on the right side).

Doesn't look like it burnt through anything from what I can see. Clean up the board and follow the instructions in vfaq on pulling the caps and see what kind of shape things are in under the caps.

What could i use to clean the board?

Just use some rubbing alcohol and the electrolytic fluid from the cap shouldn’t hurt anything.
