1 and 3 Plug Carbonized and Fouled...

Hey there. I just finished rewire walb 255 with Fuel Lab filter/6AN line and FPR. Tried 650 injectors but had a problem with tune and replaced back the 450 injectors.

Now I have a misfire and carbonized plugs 1 and 3. Fuel pressure is set at 43.5 with no boost leaks. I can hear the misfire in the block before it exits the exhaust. I read this can happen in "rich conditions" but my wideband says I am lean? If rich, shouldn't all plugs/cylinders have soot? Fuel pressure reads normal?

Clean plugs 1 and 3 up and check the gap on them. Make sure they're .028.

Do you have the spark plug wires in the correct order? Clean the plugs and double check the wires.

Wires were crossed. Correct way:

Inition coil L to R: 4123

Valve Cover L to R: 4321

Why were plugs 1 and 3 carbonized?

since 1 and 3 are on the same ignition pak .. wonder if that pak is getting weak on you ...
