Help car wont go over 2000 RPM!

Hey guys i need your help I picked up a 95 Eclipse GS-T. The guy said it had a blown turbo. So i went and put on a big 16G kit off ebay. Anyway i get in my car to drive to get it inspected and the motor wouldn't go over 2000rpm. Now here i am shooting smoke out the back driving so i turn around and bring it home. i get in my driveway and the thing is smoking, then a coolant line bursts. i need help if somebody could PM me they're number or i'll PM them mine that would be great. sounds like you have a boost leak. I would do a boost leak test ASAP

Mine did the same thing after i installed a new turbo... but i just forgot to plug in the MAF sensor... yours sounds a bit more serious
