when i start it it goes to like two grand

ok so i posted a few days ago about buying a car well i bought it and repaired it. but the problem i have is when i start it it goes to like two grand and then dies, but if i feather the throttle it will stay running and when i do that it has a vacumm leak it sounds like.

What does it do after it warms up? Could very well be a vacuum leak. Could also be a coolant sensor or TPS going bad. How long does it take to reach a steady idle?

it wont idle it turns over gets a small surge to 2g and then goes right down

sounds like vac like or isc check all the vac lines around the throttle body and check the coolant temp sensor

I vote ISC, check into that first. Should be a way to test it found on vfaq, GL.

im missing two out of four seals that are on the end of the injectors that seal the head and injectors and im gettin four new one, i think thats where my my vacuum leak is coming from.
