I have a 95 GSX that i jus got done building. I have an EVO III 16g ARP rod bolts and head studs and a cometic headgasket. It ran for two weeks before it started acting up. The car will barely idol if i can get it started. It runs very rich n sounds like the timing is off. But i checked and it isnt.Iv changed the coolant temp sensor, O2 sensor, MAF, ECU, coil packs, plug wires, knock sensor. I can not figure out ### is wrong. I have no boost leaks and my compression is 175 across the board. Its started to studder when i drove it but it gradually got worse. If u can help ill take any suggestions.

I would think a boost leak. I have done that myself by overlooking it, it looked tight and moved the intercooler pipe around and found out it was a leak. It bogged down pretty bad and studdered. Another thing would be your afc, is it tuned? Thats all I can think of now.
