fuel trims always reset

when i log, the trims are at 100. after a bit they begin to change. all is normal till i shut it off and restart engine...trims are back to 100. this is a 1g so low mid and high and O2 trim all go to 100. thought i might be caps..swapped in spare ecu and same results. where does the ecu get is mem power from is my basic question....any help is appreciated

searched the pinout for ecm and came up with p 103......did a search and got a few posts by wiseman steve. very well explained. even though my fuse 19 room was hot the connector on the hot side was bigger than the blade of fuse....i think from a add on that was removed..bent the blade of the fuse and now it gets connected all the time..fuel trims stay in mem ty for help
