I've searched alot of threads and still cant fix my problem. I put in a new MC and SC and clutch line. The problem is when i start to move the pedal gets rreally loose and engages at the floor, but when im in my drive way going back and forth it engages were its suposed to. I was wondering if my clutch is going bad is if the release bearing is bad. Any help would be great.:dsm:

Sounds like you have pedal "pump up" you just need to adjust your pedal and make sure you don't have any leaks hopefully you get it adjusted before your clutch starts slipping or and it will also ruin your clutch master.

It happens when you start to move, but you say sitting still it "engages" where it should? How do you engage the clutch disc to the flywheel while in gear and not move?

I'm betting you just need to adjust the rod to the master cyl on the back of the pedal. Are you certain you're not feeling a bind in the spring assist when you let the pedal out to engage the clutch while sitting still?

Does the pedal ever go limp and fall to the floor? -#1 sign of CW

It engages fine when im driving back and forth in my drive way, Also there is resistance when sitting still or barley moving. But while moving maybe 5mph or more the pedal has no resistance until it 1 inch away from the floor, and the engagment point is like .5 in off the floor.

When i bought the car(1 year ago) i had a 99 GST transmission with a used exedy clutch and pressure plate and a ACT lightwirght flywheel installed buy a tranny shop. When i put the new Slave cylinder in the pedal was perfect for 2 days then the clutch line started leaking and after i replaced that and bleed the system is when the problem started. I did the driving crank walk test(go in circles to the left and then to the right). And the engine has less than 60,000 miles on it. I was thinking it could be the throw out/release bearing because that was never changed or the clutch because it was used when i put it in.

Yeah, I suspected that something between the slave cylinder and clutch is being allowed to move in a way it shouldn't when you're in motion, or else you have a leak. I'm now leaning more towards the fluid leak. The throw out bearing would be a possibility, but I doubt it since your issue seems to be affected by strain on the drivetrain and clutch. I really think the clutch's hydraulic system may be leaking/getting air somewhere. I think you should bleed the clutch again and check for leaks while you're at it.

My fluid level has stayed the same for the past 2 weeks which is when i replaced the clutch line, its not a SS one but it doesnt leak. Do you think if i take to a Tranny Shop(same one i went to before) will they be able to figure out the problem and fix it.

Why would you buy a factory line to replace a factory line ss is cheaper and better i think.Especially if you dont know if its the right one.also I would adjust the pedal to engage farther out.
