I have a 95 eagle talon tsi awd automatic.

I just bought the car and I hit a very big dip in the road this morning and every since I hit the dip it does not shift right. It goes in drive normally, reverse works fine and it will only shift from 1st-2nd gear. Also you cant pull the gear shifter down to L but it was working before I hit the dip in the road.

I was told that the shifter linkage might be off

if that is the case can someone please tell me where it is and how to fix it

Thanks so much
