car runs on 2 cylinders and did a bunch of tests, wanna see how i can get DTC's out of the computer. i hooked up a light bulb to terminals 1 & 12, not powering up, so whats going on ?

Maybe a dumb suggestion, but do you have the ignition in the OFF or ON position? Has to be in ON or ACC or whatever it is, but not with the engine started to read the codes. Also I believe the engine has to be at operating temperature and in neutral. Hope this helps :thumb:

yes the key is in the ACC position, and my doesnt run long enough to get to operating temps
