Try heating the coil and PT with a hair dryer or heat gun when cold to see if it brings out a heat sensitive part.I think mine died after 220,000 miles.
I am working on finding the problem now but when the car gets warm it misses a little then shuts off and will not refire.
The ECU looked bad so i replaced that with a AEM EMS (I was going to do it anyway) and now i am still running into the same problem.
