Surrey,
My dash lights will dim, flicker or cut out altogether for no apparent reason, even if I turn off the radio. Also, when I rotate the headlight control knob (attached to the blinker control stalk) nothing happens. My lights are always on, it only makes a difference whether the high beams stay on or not. It only makes a difference when my car is off. My rear window defrost doesn't work either. Chrysler should have left the electricals to Mitsu, just like they did with the engine. Ha, they should've left the whole car to mitsu at that. Oh well, any ideas? Haven't found much on the searches, all the other lighting issues happen under certain conditions like accelerating and stuff.
btw, I believe my radio is stock. I only bought this talon a few days ago and haven't familiarized myself with everything yet. Still plucking through good ol haynes;)
cheers

Alternator. Also make sure you didn't blow any fuses( mainly the "choke" one in the fuse box under the hood. Good luck

Haha, I can't help but laugh. Its DEF the alt because I went start my car up and as I was pulling onto the street it started throwing cel's and abs lights and started chugging so I pull a quick U turn and the thing totally dies right as I get back. I tried to restart later in the day and all I got was a click.
thx though
