Where does this harness go? ...And what about this vacuum line?

Guys,

I have had this harness unplugged for awhile. Can anyone tell me where it goes? I have my a/c compressor removed for the time being, would that be where it plugs into? Here's some pics to help describe exactly what I'm asking:

Also, I noticed a broken vacuum line-nipple. I'm not sure what this controls. I've been experiencing a loss of power, could this be part of the reason? Pics of that problem:

I left my Hayne's manual at my apartment, like 3 hours away. Bleugh. I'd appreciate anyone's help.

Thanks in advance!

I believe the connector is for the A/C compressor, not positive on that.

The vacuum line is for the purge control solenoid valve (?) it controls the connection between the charcoal canister and intake. Might be a boost leak?

I would do a boost leak test to rule that out as your potential loss of power...

Thanks, I was taking care of the boost leak test the time I found it. I'll be finished tomorrow with the details on what exactly is wrong (hopefully). I'll also have my new a/c compressor in my hands- I have ran the car for nearly 4 years without one- and we'll see if the harness works.

I'll make a post so just in case anyone else wonders...

..you know how it goes.
