coolant light comes on and alternator light slowly

so i got this problem, i have a new battery and alternator, alternator is 11k miles old, so i was driving this weekend and the red battery light comes a tiny tiny bit on, like really dark along with the coolant light, i checked my coolant at a mobile, bought a big bottle of it, overfilled it, drove 15 miles home, no lights or anything, turned it on in the morning, overfilled it again with fluid just to make sure, was fine till i went to work, and it flickered a tiny bit, but when i slam on the throttle it goes away, this is happening in my 1g 1.8 eclipse, i was out today and purchased a 90 fwd turbo eclipse, for a grand, really beat up inside, low miles on engine and tranny, and when we jumped it those same lights are on too, and they fade in and out, but i believe in the turbo eclipse the battery is crap, but i havent moved the turbo eclipse, prob until 3 more weeks from were its sitting, does look nice, but these lights are pissing me off

yup i figured, must go pick up 2 alternators, and a another batter and starter, im gonna be posting everyday for the 4g63t, the 1.8 seems to be a bit more reliable

Check the belt tension first. If they are tight time to take a trip to autozone and get your alternator and battery checked. But like said before these are problems your going to see when your alternator is dying. Where did you get the alternator from?

Your alternator is bad, I've had the same experience few years back.

on the 1.8 the last owner did it before i got it, from a local shop here which the receipt said he paid 270 for the whole job, on the turbo i just put a downpayment on it, and i saw those 2 lights come up, so i was like uh oh same problem, and then i looked in the manual, idk why the coolant light comes on, the lights didnt come on today at all, so hopefully i can go without changing it for another month

ALTERNATOR DIED TODAY ON THE HIGHWAY, THEN CAR DIED AFTER 5 MINUTES

called up my uncle, got towed to his shop, they just got a nice new alternator on my car, and its free, just had to do some work, which were swapping in a new v8 in this jeep
