wont go into gear (searched forever)

The car recently popped the 5th gear out the side, I got it welded and added another 2600 clutch kit to the car along with the rebuild. We get it half ass together, no axles, 3-4 bolts in, etc and start the car and the gears all go in fine. We put the car back together and then tired it and it wont go into any gear while on and makes hellish noises, mind you the car still has no gear oil in it, but neither did the time we half ass put it together and it did fine. I have searched and tired the following and now I am out of ideas.....

New flywheel
New slave
New pedal assembly
Shimmed ball
New clutch fork
New pivot ball
etc...


ideas?

Also I noticed the car started in gear the front wheels spin hard , but the back hardly move and it's AWD.

What kind of noise is the "hellish noise"? Whining? Grinding? Cracking sounds?

Whining, Grinding, rotation bushings.... everything but cracking or breaking..

it only does this when in gear(turning car off and put into gear then turn on) and or trying to go in gear.

thought it was flywheel, but got a brand new one and still does the noise.

I have had this tranny out about 20 times trying to find the problem and the pedal assembly out 2 times. My head hurts. :'(
