I have a 92 talon FWD turbo.
I bought the car two weeks ago w/ a blown tranny. I put a new tranny in and went over the whole car. everything looks great on it.
Here is a list of mods I have.
MBC (REMOVED)
3" turbo back exhaust
2G ported exhaust manifold
ngk bpr7es plugs
NGK wires
Greddy BOV
aftermarket boost gauge
my airbox MAF "lower honeycomb", silencer and top lid has been removed

Here is my problem. I'm runing wastegate pressure 10psi
When I am on WOT @ 5K my car hits fuel cut, or at least I believe it does. when this happens, I'm runing no more than 10-11psi. Why is my car doing this @ 5Kish exactly in every gear? If I feather it past 5K it seems to be ok at times.
I've done a boost leak and smoke test and all passed.
I also got a second boost gauge thinking my other aftermarket one might be bad.
Any suggestions?
This is driving me NUTS!
thanx everyone.

Anything below 18psi you should run BPR6ES gapped at .028. Try that and report back:thumb:
I dont think your hitting fuelcut. Sounds like spark blowout.

When you did your blt did you open an close the throttle body do check for bad shaft seals. Also how many psi did you test with?Did you pressurize the system at the turbo inlet? Did you inspect your wires, coils, etc
