There is a boost leak straight out of my friends Blitz BOV. I took 320 grit sand paper to the piston like object and cylinder like object very lightly. like a hone. Then I put grease in the bov and this helped. But It still leaks. Im getting my friend to stuff grease in there now to see if it will fix the leak. Does my friend need a new BOV?

Pack it with Grease and watch it Toatly get F#$Ked!

Its you're call in the end tho.. sounds to me like you already screwed it with the sandpaper!
it is a Air Seal!. sandpaper just gives it a thousand more ways to leak past the piston head!

I would strongly advise you to POLISH it with mothers aluminum polish to a mirror finish! and Repair any damage you have already done!

ok. well. I may try both. I cant mess it up more than it was. It leaked less because of the grease and light sand paper. The sand paper was like a hone job on cylinders to help keep the grease. We will see soon who's idea is the best to fix it. I may try your idea next. Any other ideas. When push comes to shove I will try anything that might work. Before it was get a new bov or fix it and now it is get a new bov or fix it.
