When repositioning some of my charge pipes today, I got in my car and noticed my dome lights weren't going on. The door switch wasn't working on the dash and so I immediately headed toward the fuse panel for the Room fuse. No blown fuse; damn. I decided to go inside and get my handy dandy manual and locked the door, but the other lock didn't move. I turned the car on and the radio wouldn't come on. Ugh. So I made sure the car started and ran, which it does, and everything but the dome light, locks, and radio do not work. While looking at my manual, I traced all three to Sub fusible link 6(battery)--->W/R wire to junction block---> Fuse 19(Room)---> Listed stuff above.
I checked for power and I get power at the fuse box under the hood and power at the connection on the junction block. I do NOT get power at the Fuse 19(Room).
I checked all the fuses in the car with my DVOm and they all have continuity and I even tried some new fuses just incase I did something wrong. All fuses are good.
My conclusion is that I need a new junction block. Does this sound right to you other guys? I've never heard of the junction blocks in these cars going bad, but there's a first for everything. There are several other threads on this topic but they seem to end with no conclusion and no resolve, so I want to get a second opinion before I go head to the junk yard in search of a new junction block.

The DSM Backup Manual I have shows the dome light fuse 18 comes from the ignition switch on a BW wire which runs all the engines electrical. I'd just unbolt the J/B (disconnect battery first) and look behind for a melted wire (since it must go to the engine stuff ok).

Yeah for some reason, I put fuse 18 when I meant fuse 19. Fuse 19 does infact get all its power from sub fusible link 6 and so do other things. For some reason, fuse 19 does not get any power. However, fuses 1, 6 and 13-17, which get all their power from sub fusible link 6, do get power. I went to the junkyard yesterday, found a junction box and now it works. So there is something wrong in the juncion box itself. Woot. Only wish I had the time to take it apart and look myself, but this is easier.
