My battery runs dead overnight-completly dead. The alt and battery are good.I did the airbox mod to it and i noticed the bcs was very warm almost hot. This is with the car being off.I unhooked it and you could hear it click-plugged it back in and click. Its like the coils is stuck full on.

Is that normal, and i want a mbc anyways so should i just bypass it?

When you get your MBC, you can pretty much just toss it completely. It could be possible that it's stuck on (or even more likely, shorting) and draining the battery. If you have a DMM, you can confirm this by doing a parasitic load test.

Disconnect the negative battery terminal, set your multimeter to read amps, and place the positive lead on the battery terminal and the negative lead on the battery post (basically bridge the connections with the multimeter) and you should see the amperage reading change when you disconnect/connect the BCS.
