First off since this is my first post I'll list my mods. on my 91 Tsi
Optima Yellowtop
K&N Filter
Turbo XS Blowoff Valve
Turbo XS Boost Controller (15 psi setting)
HKS Turbo Timer
Auto Meter Gauges (Boost, Air/Fuel, & Engine Temp)
Evo Racing Cat
Magnaflow Muffler
ACT 2600 Clutch
ACT Streetlite Flywheel
Cometic Head Gasket (HP 30psi)
Brain Crower 272 Stage 2 cams
Ported and polished head
Holley Fuel Rail
Holley Fuel Regulator
Holley 550 Injectors
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
2g MAS
Extreme Psi balance shift elim. kit
Dejon Tool Hard Pipe Air Inlet
Hahn Racecraft Super 16g Turbo
Megan Racing Lowering Springs 2" front and 1.9" rear
KYB GR2 Shocks
Megan Racing Strut Bars Front & Rear
My problem is my car doesn't won't to boost over 10psi right now. I think it might be the fuel pump because it only goes to about 31 psi at idle right now. When I give it gas, it falls in psi. I checked to see if I'm getting good voltage to the pump, changed out my fuel filter, I've even pinched the return line to see if the pressure would go up, and I've got no results. Does this sound like a bad pump? I think it should be 37 at idle or so, right?

Okay guys, here's the update. Got the new pump in yesterday, and the car is running beautifully now. Thanks to all that had any input and advice.
