Perrin mbc installed, and stock boost???

Hi dsmers, I have a 90 TSI awd. Mods are 560cc injectors, rewired fuel pump, hacked MAS, 2.5" catback, and recently install a Perrin mbc. I follow the instruction on here. Bottom red needle go to a nipple of a pipe connect to turbo, top white needle connect to waste gate. My car boost liek 9 PSi no matter how tight i turn in; also it seem to stutter after 4500 rpm after boost hit 9 PSI. Do I have boost leak? Before MBC install it was fine and boost good. Help.....Did search and come up no problem like mine.
 
check for holes in the vacuum lines, a boost leak test would be good for this, make sure the line to the boost controller is a dedicated vacuum source, good place to get the line from is the throttle body from one of the emission lines from the throttle body
 
Double check to make sure if you hooked up the lines properly. And try to work on your grammar a little bit.
 
I had the exact same problem with my car. Like exact even the stuttering and my autometer boost gauge would only read 9 psi no matter how much I turned my halman es mbc in. It would only stutter if it was turned in a lot though. So I drove it with it turned down to the point at which it would not stutter and one day I was doing like a 3rd gear pull or something and noticed it hit 15psi and has been set at 15psi ever since. If you make an adjustment then do a pull will it boost higher for that one pull and then go back down to stock? That is the other thing mine did.
 
I turn my almost all the way in too. Yah same problem as your slow46g..; would my bigger injectors cause any of that. I will get SAFC soon. Even now after driving with out MBC, my boost stuttering after it hit 9psi and RPM pass 5k. Any suggestion? Also after rewired fuel pump, will that make the pump louder? I can heard it
 
Hey whats up guys.. I have a Quick Q for ya... Ok I just got my DSM couple months ago the car is a stock 91GSX with 109,000 Org Miles.... Now I have a New head all mits OEM parts though.. bottom was left alone, I have 550cc, FMIC, MBC, Small 16G JDM Off a galant VR4 , Ported 2G Exhaust , Ported o2 Houseing, Stock Exhaust except a HP raceing muffler that came with the car.. I got a Xo2 Raceing blow off valve ..Ebay Innercooler pipeing, the only thing to watch it is a Boost Gauge, Air/Fuel Gauge, Turbo timer, and thats it.. so can you tell me what im missing or what else I should get for the car to be safe.. I know I need a new fuel pump.. that will be soon IM looking .. and im not looking to take it to the track ... but keep up with a EVO's and little honda's ###s no offence... but just want some more ummfh then stock... and idea's ??? Thanks guys...
 
when i bought my perrin mbc whoever assembled it before it got to me put the spring then the ball where it is supposed to be the ball then the spring hope this helps

How big are your injectors? And you're running off the stock fuel system? It could be very likely that once you're going WOT after 5k that you're going severally rich. Black smoke? Do you have an upgraded fuel pump too or just hardwired? If so, you might wanna be easy on the boost until you get everything in check with the upgrade guide. Good luck!

Something to get if you don't already would be some sort of SAFC. I don't know if your Air/Fuel is narrow or wideband, but a wideband is usually a very good idea when attempting to tune with some sort of device. Other than that, you could finish up the exhaust system with a downpipe and cat-delete or highflow unit. You'll be good to go after that.
 
now there oil spill inside the engine. I think the head gasket is gone. Rebuilt or new engine swap? Which si cheaper?
