My fuel pressure goes to 0 psi when the car is not running. Is this normal or should it always stay pressurized?

Thanks,

Brent W.

While I wouldn't call it normal, it really doesn't do any harm. When I first installed my Walbro and AFPR, I would have residual fuel pressure for a half an hour, but now it goes instantly to zero. I think if anything, I just have to crank for an extra second or two.

Thanks for your answers. I just changed my fpr to a Aeromotive unit and it still goes down to 0 psi within 10 minutes. I have ordered a new Wallbro 255 and just received new
FIC 750s. Once they are in I'll tell you if it helped.

leaky injector rings... a leaky lower seal used to do that to me( the car would take like 5-6 seconds to turn over), they tend to get brittle and crack real easy. ended up replacing mine not too long ago...
