The stock alarm system in my GSX is on the fritz, and goes off randomly when the doors are locked. I never really liked alarm systems, so I want to disable this alarm so that I can lock my car without a whole lot of noise. Preferably, I would like to just pull the fuse for the alarm system, but the fuse cover is missing, so i cant tell which fuse goes with the alarm. So, if anyone knows which fuse i need to pull to make that thing STFU, please enlighten me. Other tips on shutting off the alarm are also welcome.

disconnect the hood pin....( the hood pin is located rite next to the driver headlamp) This is most likely your problem. You could also replace the door pins, you can order and pick them up at the dealer for roughly $3.00 each and they take maybe 5 min to replace BOTH. Why disable it when you can use it and have it work well? It seems as if everyone is getting ripped off these days with there cars being broken into, I think its better to have the car protected.
